The 6-month programme includes six intensive 75-minute one-to-one sessions (one per month), plus your initial 2-hour deep dive strategy session. The 12-month programme includes twelve 75-minute sessions plus the deep dive. Both also include monthly group activations, full session recordings, detailed action plans, and continuous support through your private community channel with weekly check-ins and somatic coaching sessions.

Each 75-minute session is tailored to where you are in your journey, but typically follows a somatic-to-strategic flow. We begin by checking in with your nervous system and body wisdom - what's activating you, what feels stuck, what wants attention. From this embodied awareness, we identify the patterns or shadows that are creating your current business results. Then we move into strategic work - whether that's pricing decisions, marketing approaches, or operational systems - but always through the lens of what your regulated nervous system can actually sustain. Sessions often include somatic practices to help you embody new ways of being, and we always end with clear, actionable next steps that honour both your ambition and your authentic capacity. You receive full recordings plus a detailed action plan after each session.

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom, which allows us to work together regardless of your location. This also means sessions are automatically recorded for you to revisit. The online format works beautifully for coaching - you're in your own space, which often helps you feel more regulated and open to the process. If you’d like to receive coaching in-person the full day is the best option.
