Module 1 · Pillar I
Beliefs — What Is Running Underneath

Before you can see clearly what you want to build, you need to know what lens you are looking through. The beliefs that have been quietly running the business — about worth, visibility, permission, who you are allowed to become — will shape any vision you create without you knowing it. Clear the lens first. Then look.

Opening Question
What would you do if you knew no one was judging you?
Exercise 1
The Belief Inventory

Write without stopping. Without editing. Without reading back until all ten are complete. The first thing that comes is the real thing.

Women like me don't...
I am allowed to charge X but not Y because...
When I imagine being fully visible in my business I feel...
The woman who has the business I want is someone who...
I am not ready to [X] until I have [Y] because...
The thing I am most afraid people will find out about me is...
The offer I haven't made yet because it feels too much is...
The price I haven't charged yet because it feels too much is...
I sabotage my business when...
The version of success I actually want but haven't said out loud is...

Read through everything you have written. Underline the sentence that feels most uncomfortable to have written. That is the belief doing the most work.

Somatic Pause
Close your eyes. Say the belief that felt most uncomfortable out loud, once, quietly to yourself. Notice where in your body you feel something shift.
Exercise 2
The Body Map

Take the belief that felt most uncomfortable from Exercise 1. You are going to locate it in the body rather than argue with it in the mind.

Where in your body do you feel it — tightening, heaviness, heat, holding?
How long has this been here?
What is it protecting you from?
What would you do differently in your business if this belief were not there?
What is one thing you could do this week that this belief has been stopping you from doing?

Beliefs shift when they are moved around, not just named. The action in the last prompt is where the rewrite begins.

Module 2 · Pillar II
Vision — The Business You Are Building for 2027

Yesterday you looked at the beliefs running underneath. Today you get to vision from a cleaner place. This session is about stripping back what has been built from habit or fear, and seeing clearly — for the first time or again — what you are actually here to create.

Opening Question
What are you building that you haven't said out loud yet?
Exercise 1
The Strip Back

On a blank page, write every offer, service, or income stream you currently have or have had in the last two years. Don't edit — just list. Then come back to these questions.

What on your list feels genuinely alive — you would build it again tomorrow?
What are you carrying from habit, obligation, or fear of the gap it would leave?
For anything you are carrying: what would you need to believe about yourself to put it down?
For anything that feels alive: what is it about this one that feels true?

This is private work. You do not need to share the full list. The insight is in the noticing — what you circled without hesitation, what you avoided looking at.

Exercise 2
The 2027 Snapshot

This is not a visualisation exercise. This is a grounded, specific picture of a working day. Write one paragraph describing a Tuesday in your 2027 business. Use these anchors:

What are you doing that morning — what is the first piece of work you open?
Who are you working with — what kind of woman is she, what is she in the middle of?
What did you charge her, and did it feel right?
What are you not doing that you used to do?
What does your working week look like overall — how many clients, what format, how many hours?

The specificity is the point. 'I want to work with high-achieving women' is not a snapshot. 'I have six clients in a six-month container, we meet fortnightly, they are women stepping into leadership in their own businesses' is. Keep going until it is that specific.

Module 3 · Pillar III
Voice — Saying It Out Loud

You have a vision and you have cleared some of the weight underneath it. Now: can you say it? This session is where the retreat turns outward — from inner work to public presence. Your message is not your credentials. It is the moment of recognition in the woman who needs you.

Opening Question
What do you say when someone asks what you do — and what do you wish you said?
Exercise 1
The Before and After

Two sentences. Not about you — about her. The client. This is the core of every message that works.

She comes to me when... (describe her world, her feeling, her specific stuck point — not demographics, the felt experience of where she is)
She leaves able to... (not 'she feels confident' — specific. What can she do, decide, say, or stop doing that she couldn't before?)
Read both sentences back. Does the gap between them sound like real transformation, or like a sales page? Rewrite here until it is honest and specific:

The test: the right person reads this and thinks 'that is me.' The wrong person reads it and thinks 'not me.' Both are correct responses. A message that tries to speak to everyone reaches no one fully.

Somatic Pause
Before you write Exercise 2 — say your Before and After out loud, to yourself. Notice how it feels in your body to claim it.
Exercise 2
The Three-Sentence Declaration

Written first, spoken second. Three sentences — no more, no less.

Sentence 1: Who you are and what you work with. Not credentials — the specific thing you do.
Sentence 2: Who you serve. The woman, not the demographic. The feeling she is in, not her job title.
Sentence 3: What changes. The specific transformation — what does she walk away with or walk away from?
Read your three sentences out loud twice. Where do you speed up or go quiet? Rewrite that sentence here until you can say it at full volume:

This is a private practice of owning the work out loud. What you discover here is often the most direct thing you have ever said about what you do.

Module 4 · Pillar IV
Creation — Close What Was, Build What's Next

Closing and creating are the same act. You cannot fully step into what you are building while you are still carrying what you have not finished with. This session holds both: the year review as the ground clearing, and the 2027 declaration as the first act of building.

Opening Question
What are you creating in 2027 — and what do you need to put down to make room for it?
Exercise 1
The Three Wins

Before the review, start here. Write three things from this year that you are genuinely proud of — not the biggest numbers, not the most visible achievements. The most real.

The thing I built this year that nobody else fully saw.
The decision I made that was hard and right.
The moment I showed up as the woman I am becoming.
What do these three things tell you about who you are as a business owner?
What would you have to believe about yourself to lead with that version in 2027?

This exercise often surfaces unexpected pride. Small acts of courage. Clients who were hard but important. The decision to stop something that wasn't working. These are the real markers of a good year.

The Full Review

Exercise 2
The Creation Declaration

The closing half and the opening half in one. Start with the release. Then step across.

What I am leaving behind in 2026 — offers, patterns, stories, prices, versions of myself (write the full list here, then we will fold it):
Somatic Pause
Write the list above completely. Then fold the paper in half. Fold it again. Place it aside. It does not come home with you. The release is the point.

Now step across. From the cleared ground, write your declaration:

The woman I am stepping into 2027 as is someone who...
The one thing I am creating in 2027 that changes everything else is...
It will exist by [specific date], and it will look like [specific description]:
The woman it is for is... (use your Before and After — the feeling, not the demographic):
I know it is real because I am willing to say it out loud:

Read your declaration back. Is it specific enough that someone else could describe it accurately? 'I am going to grow my business' is not a declaration. 'I am launching my signature programme in March with eight women at £3,000 each' is.
