INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
INTERPRETATION
The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Digital Products refer to online courses, recorded programmes, downloadable resources, and any other digital content offered through the Service.
Services refer to 1:1 coaching, mentoring, group programmes, and Digital Products offered by the Company through the Website.
Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions, which form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding use of the Service.
Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.
Website refers to Your Yoga Career, accessible from www.youryogacareer.com, and any associated booking or checkout pages.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
These Terms govern your use of our Services and the agreement between You and the Company. By purchasing or accessing any Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to purchase or use the Services.

OUR SERVICES
The Company provides business coaching, mentoring, and digital education for yoga teachers, retreat facilitators, and wellness entrepreneurs. This includes but is not limited to:
- 1:1 coaching and mentoring sessions
- Group coaching programmes and masterminds
- Online courses and recorded training programmes
- Downloadable resources and templates
All Services are provided in good faith based on the Company's professional experience and knowledge. Results are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes will vary based on your own effort, circumstances, and implementation.

PURCHASING SERVICES
By purchasing a Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that the information You provide is true, correct, and complete.
YOUR INFORMATION
When purchasing, You may be asked to provide personal details including your name, email address, phone number, and payment information. By submitting this information, You grant Us the right to share relevant details with third-party payment processors solely for the purpose of completing your purchase.
PAYMENTS
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card or other methods made available at checkout. Payment cards are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from failed authorisation.
PRICES
We reserve the right to revise prices at any time. The price applicable to your purchase is the price confirmed at the time of your order. Prices do not include any taxes applicable in your country (see Tax Disclaimer below).

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
1:1 COACHING AND MENTORING
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be forfeited. We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule where possible.
No refunds are offered once a coaching package or programme has commenced. If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us at hello@pipwylde.com and we will consider your situation on a case-by-case basis.
GROUP PROGRAMMES AND MASTERMINDS
If You wish to cancel before a programme begins, please contact us in writing. Refunds are considered at Our discretion depending on timing and circumstances.
Once a programme has commenced, no refunds will be issued. Access to materials already provided cannot be rescinded.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by purchasing a Digital Product and accessing it immediately, You agree to waive Your 14-day cancellation right. This will be confirmed at the point of purchase.
Where access to a Digital Product has not yet been granted, you may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase.

TAX, VAT AND VISA DISCLAIMER
The Company provides business coaching, mentoring, and digital education only. This does not constitute legal, financial, immigration, or tax advice.
It is Your sole responsibility to determine what taxes, VAT, sales tax, or other fiscal obligations apply to your purchase in your country of residence. Prices displayed do not include taxes applicable outside the UK. The Company accepts no liability for any additional costs arising from Your local tax obligations.
If You are building a retreat facilitation business or planning to host retreats internationally, it is Your sole responsibility to research and comply with all relevant tax obligations, VAT registration requirements, and visa or work permit rules applicable in each country you operate in. These requirements vary significantly from country to country and are subject to change.
Your Yoga Retreats Ltd accepts no liability for any costs, fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from Your failure to seek appropriate professional advice in these areas. We strongly recommend You consult a qualified accountant and/or immigration lawyer before hosting retreats or conducting business abroad.
The Company's coaching and training content does not substitute for independent legal, financial, or immigration advice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, course content, frameworks, recordings, and resources provided through the Services are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and its licensors. This includes but is not limited to the ILLUMINATE Method, programme frameworks, workbooks, and training materials.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or create derivative works from any of Our materials without prior written consent.
Your purchase grants You a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own professional development only.
