Your content, your sales page, your emails. Everything you need.
Resource One
Your Sales Page Flow
This applies to everything — retreats, courses, events, programmes. The platform does not matter. Flodesk, Canva, Google Doc, your website. The structure is what sells.
The thing people get backwards
The whole page — not just the opening — should lead with transformation. She does not care how many sessions. She does not care how long the Zoom is. She cares about what changes for her.
Open with the outcome. Get her feeling what life looks like on the other side. Then give the details. The price goes after the value — not before. By the time she sees the number, she should already be nodding.
What she gets.
But do not start with the logistics. Start with the problem you are solving and the outcome she will walk away with. Then spell out the specifics.
Service? Say how long, say the scope. Product? Say what it is and how it lands with her. Programme? Say what she will have, be, and feel at the end.
Problem first. Outcome second. Details third.
Not "5 night retreat in Ibiza including accommodation and meals." Instead: "Five days to come home to yourself. To rest without guilt, move without agenda, and leave knowing exactly what you are here to do next. Then tell her about the villa, the food, the yoga at sunrise."
Not "6 x 60 minute somatic coaching sessions." Instead: "In six sessions we work with what lives in your body — the places where old stories have taken up residence — and we change what is running underneath your business and your life. Then tell her about the format."
Who it is for.
A few lines so she sees herself straight away. Make it easy for her to say yes, this is me. Be specific.
For a retreat: "This is for you if you have been craving five days where nobody needs anything from you. Where you can breathe out properly for the first time in months."
For 1:1 somatic coaching: "This is for you if you have done the therapy, read the books, know all the tools — and something still will not shift. You are ready to work with your body, not just your mind."
For a breathwork event: "This is for you if you are curious about breathwork but have never known where to start, or if you have had a session before and want to go deeper in a held, safe space."
The price. Big. Clear. Not buried.
Most women hide the price at the bottom of the page as if it is something to be ashamed of. It is not. The price is part of the offer. Show it clearly. Payment plan if you have one — say so early.
The price goes after the value, not before. But it should never be hard to find.
Real scarcity. Not made up.
Whatever is actually true for you. Women can feel fake scarcity. Real scarcity converts. Fake scarcity erodes trust you cannot afford to lose.
For retreats: "There are 8 places. The villa sleeps 8. That is the scarcity. Say it."
For 1:1 somatic coaching: "I work with 4 clients at a time. When those spots are full they are full. Say that. It is the truth and it is compelling."
For a breathwork event: "The space holds 15 people. Breathwork works best in a held, intimate container. Say why the number matters."
How to buy. One button. One link.
She should be able to say yes without thinking. If she has to scroll, hunt, or guess, you have lost her. Put the button at the top, in the middle, and at the bottom.
Retreat: "Yes, I'm coming." / "Reserve my place." / "I'm ready."
1:1 somatic coaching: "Apply to work together." / "I'm ready to begin."
Breathwork event: "Book my spot." / "I'm in." / "Save my place."
Resource Two
Instagram Content — What Actually Works
The wellness industry is saturated with beautiful content that says nothing. What cuts through right now is specificity, honesty, and a woman who is not afraid to take up space.
What is working right now
- Talking head reels — unpolished, direct to camera, real opinions
- Taking a clear stance on something your industry gets wrong
- Showing the result, not the method — transformation over technique
- Specific client stories with real before and after
- Content that makes her feel seen before you ask her to buy anything
- Short-form video with a hook in the first two seconds
- Voice notes and audio — she wants to hear you, not read you
What is not working anymore
- Inspirational quotes over sunsets — scroll past
- Generic wellness content with no specific point of view
- Launches that start with "I am SO excited to share…" and nothing else
- Testimonials with no specific outcome — "it was amazing" tells her nothing
- Selling the curriculum instead of the transformation
- Posting and disappearing — no replies, no conversations, no presence
Talking Head Reels
Direct to camera. No graphics needed. Your presence is your product — show it. Hook in the first 2 seconds. No lengthy intro. No "hey guys." Go straight in.
- "I spent three years in therapy working on my anxiety. One breathwork session shifted something nothing else had touched."
- "What actually happens when you take five days away from your life. Properly away."
- "Your nervous system is not broken. It is doing exactly what it learned to do. Here is what we work with instead."
- "She came on retreat burnt out and not sleeping. She left with a decision she had been avoiding for two years."
- "Women do not book retreats for the yoga. They book them because they need permission to rest."
- "If you have ever cried in a yoga class and not known why — this is for you."
- "What I want every woman to know before she books her first somatic session."
- "The difference between talking about something and finally feeling it move in your body."
- "She told me nothing was wrong. Her body told me something different. That is where we started."
- "This is what a breathwork session actually feels like — for anyone who is curious but nervous."
Carousels
Carousels work because she comes back to them. She saves them. She sends them to her friend. Give real value. Slide 1 is the hook. Last slide is always a CTA. One message per slide.
- "5 signs your body is asking you to slow down — and what happens when you do not."
- "What to expect from your first breathwork session. Honest, no hype."
- "Why women come on retreat burned out and leave knowing exactly what they need to change."
- "The difference between a holiday and a retreat. Both are needed. They are not the same thing."
- "What somatic work actually means — and why it works when nothing else has."
- "5 things nobody tells you about going on your first yoga retreat."
- "What happens in the body when we finally feel safe enough to let something go."
- "Signs you are ready for a somatic session — even if you are not sure what that means yet."
The Proof Post
Trust is everything. Women are buying transformation and they want evidence it is real. Show the before as clearly as the after. Always get permission before sharing.
- "She came on retreat not sleeping, not eating properly, running on adrenaline. By day three something shifted. She went home and handed in her notice."
- "She had been told her anxiety was just how she was wired. After six somatic sessions she described it as living in a different body."
- "She booked the retreat telling herself it was self-indulgent. She rang her partner from the airport on the way home and told him it was the most important thing she had done in years."
- "She had done years of talking therapy. She said the breathwork session got further in two hours than the talking had in two years."
- "She was not sure breathwork was for her. She described herself as too in her head. She cried for twenty minutes and said she felt lighter than she had in a decade."
- "She almost did not come. Life was too busy, the timing was not right, she nearly cancelled. She said it was the best decision she made all year."
The Recognition Post
The post that makes her stop scrolling because it is about her. Not your method, not your credentials — her. What she is feeling at 9pm. What she secretly believes about herself.
- "If you have been holding everyone else together and quietly falling apart — this is what a retreat is actually for."
- "You do not need to be in crisis to deserve five days of rest. You just need to be human."
- "This is for the woman who keeps saying she will do something for herself when things calm down. Things are not going to calm down. Come anyway."
- "Your body has been trying to tell you something for a long time. You have just been taught to override it. That is what we work with."
- "You have read the books. You know the tools. Something still will not shift. That is not a you problem. That is a body problem. And it is exactly what somatic work is for."
- "She is not booking a retreat to escape her life. She is booking it to come back to herself so she can actually live it."
