The Ritual
& Embodiment Guide
The energetic layer underneath your launch.
Strategy without energy is just a list.
Energy without strategy is just a wish.
This guide is the layer that runs underneath everything. The part of launching nobody else teaches. Do not skip this. Do not save it for when you feel ready. This is where the launch actually begins.
Part One
Calling Them In
The women who are coming into your world for this launch already exist. They are out there right now. They just have not found you yet.
Exercise One
Feel into welcoming them in.
Close your eyes. Take three slow breaths. Now feel into your launch — the women who are coming, the offer that is ready, the moment someone presses buy.
See their faces. Feel them signing up. Let yourself receive that. A notification lands. Another name. Another yes. Let it be real in your body before it is real on your phone.
Stay here for a few minutes. Notice what comes up. Is there ease? Excitement? Or does something tighten? A story, a fear, a voice that says who are you to fill this?
Are you open to receive? Fully? Or is something in the way?
Write what you notice here — the feelings, the resistance, the blocks, the stories. All of it. No editing.
Exercise Two
How many are you calling in? Name the number.
The number that feels real and expansive. Write it and do not change it.
My number
I am calling _____ women into [your offer name].
They are already looking for me. I am ready to be found.
Exercise Three
Get a journal. This is where the ritual lives.
Before a single post goes out, open your journal and write your number down the left hand side. If you are calling in 20 women, write 1 to 20 down the page. Leave space next to each number for a name.
As women start joining, write their names next to the numbers. Welcome each one. Honour each sign-up as the call being answered.
Write the names of the women you hope will join too — before they have signed up. Hold the energy of them already being in the room.
Every day of the launch, return to the journal. Look at the names. Feel them. Add to the list. Keep writing until every number has a name.
Exercise Four
For 14 days, write down the revenue you are calling in.
Every morning before you open your phone. The number you actually want — not what you think is realistic.
My revenue intention
Write this number every morning for 14 days without exception.
Part Two
Meet the Resistance
There is a part of you that is afraid of this launch. She is not the enemy. She is trying to protect you. Before we move forward, we meet her.
Exercise Five
Meet the part that is showing resistance, fear, doubting. Be with her.
Close your eyes. Feel where she lives — throat, chest, belly, shoulders. Put your hand there. Write her a letter. Tell her you see her. Tell her you are going to do this anyway, and you are taking her with you.
Exercise Six
Write the line that is still running your launch.
Said by a specific adult at a specific age. "Stay small." "Don't show off." Find yours. Then write a new story underneath it.
Part Three
Your Money Practice
Your relationship with money is running your launch whether you are aware of it or not. These practices bring it into the light.
Exercise Seven — Write a letter to your money
Sit quietly. Pour something warm. Light a candle.
Write to money as if it were a person. Your relationship with it — how it has shown up for you, how you have treated it, what you believe about it, what you are ready to change.
Exercise Eight — Have a date with your money
Once a week during this launch, sit down with your money for 20 minutes.
Not to panic. Not to obsess. To be in relationship with it. Look at what came in and went out. Write one thing you are grateful for and one thing you want to call in.

Part Four
10 Abundance Prompts
Do one each morning alongside writing your number. These are not affirmations to recite — they are prompts to write into, deeply and honestly.
Money flows to me because I offer something genuinely valuable.
Write about the value of your work — specifically, not modestly.
I release the belief that I have to earn love before I can earn money.
What would change if you knew you were already enough?
The women who need my work deserve to find it.
Who is she right now, at 9pm, wondering if there is another way?
I am allowed to want more.
What do you actually want from this launch, this year, this life? Write it without editing.
Receiving is as important as giving.
Where do you struggle to receive — money, help, compliments, rest? What is underneath that?
My pricing is an act of service.
Write about what changes when you stop being the cheapest option in the room.
I trust the timing of my launch.
Write about a time something worked out better than planned because you let go of the how.
I am becoming the woman who has the business she desires.
Describe her in detail. What does she do in the morning? What does she charge?
Abundance is already here.
Write ten things that already exist in your life that you once wanted and now take for granted.
I go live from my power, not my fear.
Write about what launching from power feels like in your body. What shifts? What becomes possible?
Part Five
Embody the Energy
The daily practice that runs underneath everything. Every morning of your launch. Non-negotiable.
The Daily Morning Practice
Arrive. Two minutes. Feet on the floor. Hand on your heart. Three slow breaths into your belly.
Write the number. Your number of women. Your revenue intention. By hand. Every day.
Feel them. Close your eyes. Feel the women who are coming. Let that feeling land.
