The Wylde Launch — Your Launch Guide

The Wylde Launch · Document Two of Four

Your
Launch Guide

The complete method. Strategy, content, checklist, and debrief — everything you need for every launch.

Before you begin

Set Your Launch Goals

Every launch needs three targets — not one. Good, better, best. This keeps you grounded when things are slow and excited when they fly.

Good

£

The number that covers costs and feels like a real result.

Revenue · Signups

Better

£

The number that makes you feel the work is paying off.

Revenue · Signups

Best

£

The number that excites and slightly terrifies you.

Revenue · Signups

Money map your launch.

If you hit your BEST number, what does that make possible? Write it here. This is the emotional fuel for launch week.

Map it before you begin

Your Launch Timeline

Fill in your actual dates before the launch begins. A plan with no dates is just a wish.

Pre-Pre Launch

60 days out — warm your audience, start talking about the problem, open your waitlist

Pre-Launch

30 days out — content batched, sales page live, emails written, tech set up

Priority List

Offer revealed to waitlist first. Early bird opens.

Launch Opens

Doors open to everyone. Daily content begins.

Urgency Push

5 days out — deadline messaging, DMs, email push

Cart Close

Doors close. Personal outreach. Last chance emails.

Post-Launch

Down-sell, debrief, celebrate.

The method

The 4 Stages of Every Launch

Four stages, in order, every time. What changes is the content, the energy, and the woman doing it.

1The Pre-Launch
Intrigue

Most women skip this entirely and wonder why nobody buys. Your one job here is to get people onto a Priority List before you open to anyone else. Do not reveal the offer yet — build curiosity, build excitement, give them a reason to raise their hand.

  • Open the Priority List — "something is coming, be first to know"
  • Create all 12 pieces of content before you begin
  • Speak to the problem. Not the offer. Not yet.
  • Use the six questions across all content

The six questions every piece of pre-launch content answers

  • WHY — why this matters and why now
  • WHAT — what the problem is you solve
  • WHERE — where she finds herself when she needs this
  • WHEN — when she knows she is ready
  • WHO — who this is for and who you have helped
  • HOW — how the transformation happens

CTA: Join the Priority List. No obligation. You just want to be first.

2The Priority Launch
Exclusivity

Your warmest audience hears first. Reveal the offer to the Priority List only — not to anyone else yet. This creates early sales and social proof that powers the main launch. Make it feel personal, special, and time-limited.

  • Email the Priority List with the full reveal
  • Offer your early bird price or bonus — limited window only
  • Go live, send a voice note, reach out directly
  • Screenshot and share early buyers as social proof

CTA: Join before early bird closes. Priority List members only.

3The Launch
Momentum

Open to everyone. Look at what worked in the Priority Launch and tweak it — do not start from scratch. Run for 2 to 3 weeks. Your sales page does the selling. Your emails sell the click to get her to the page.

  • Announce to your full audience — email, Instagram, everywhere
  • Post daily from your content plan, not from panic
  • Go live at least once — Q&A, mini masterclass, behind the scenes
  • Share transformation stories and social proof every few days
  • Reply to every comment, DM every enquiry personally

CTA: Doors are open. Here is the link. Join us.

4The Deadline
Urgency

Deadline day always brings in the most sales. Push hard from 5 days out. Get personal — into DMs, into inboxes, into conversations. The deadline is not manipulation. It is honesty. Stick to it. The "we've extended" email destroys trust every time.

  • Daily deadline reminders in content and stories from day 5
  • Personal DMs to every warm lead who has not bought
  • Last chance email sent twice on close day
  • Personal outreach to everyone on your Priority List who did not buy
  • Close the doors at the time you said

CTA: Doors close tonight. Last chance. Here is the link.

The Wylde Way

Launch With Your Cycle

Every linear launch framework was built for someone running on a straight line. You are not. Time your launch stages to your actual energy across the month.

Follicular Phase

New energy arriving. Ideal for planning, writing content, setting up tech, building excitement. Your creative output is high — batch here.

Ovulatory Phase

Peak energy and magnetism. Go live here. Launch announcements, DMs, videos, the Priority List reveal. You are at your most visible and charismatic.

Luteal Phase

Detail-focused and inward. Perfect for sales page copy, email writing, checking tech, and the admin of the launch. Use the first half before energy drops.

Menstrual Phase

Rest and receive. Pre-schedule content. Do not go live. This is your debrief, your data review, your planning for the next phase. Honour it.

Map your cycle to your launch dates.

Where does your ovulatory phase fall during your launch window? That is when your most visible, high-energy content goes out.

Before you post a thing

Your Warm Audience Strategy

The next client who buys from you is already following you. She has been watching for weeks. She just is not booking yet. Here is how to find her and bring her closer before you open the doors.

Who are your 10 warmest leads right now?

Women who engage with your content, have DM'd you before, commented recently, or have enquired in the past. Write their names.

What will you offer them before the launch opens?

A personal voice note, a behind the scenes preview, first access to the waitlist. Something that makes them feel seen before you sell.

Your personal outreach script.

Write the message you will send your 10 warmest leads the day before you open the Priority List.

Your full content plan

What to Create and When

12 pieces of content minimum for every launch. Here is the full breakdown — emails, lives, talking heads, carousels, and stories — with prompts to write your own.

The Email Sequence

8 emails, in order. Your emails sell the click — they get her to the sales page. Write them before the launch begins.

Email 1 — The Welcome

Deliver what she signed up for. Warm, personal, specific. Invite a reply.

Subject: "You're in."

Email 2 — The Story

Your before, the turning point, your after. Connect your journey to where she is now.

Subject: "Why I created this."

Email 3 — The Value

One standalone tip. One idea, done well. No pitch. End with a question.

Subject: "My number one tip for [topic]."

Email 4 — The Proof

A client story. Before and after. Specific outcomes, real numbers.

Subject: "She went from [before] to [after]."

Email 5 — The Offer

Introduce your paid offer as the logical next step. Clear CTA.

Subject: "When you're ready, here's how I can help."

Email 6 — The Urgency

The deadline is real. What she gets. What she misses. Clear CTA.

Subject: "[X] days left."

Email 7 — Last Chance

Send twice on close day — morning and one hour before. Short and direct.

Subject: "Last chance." / "Doors close tonight."

Email 8 — The Down-Sell

Day after close, to non-buyers. A lower-ticket offer or discovery call. Warm, no pressure.

Subject: "I have something else for you."

Lives

Go live at least twice per launch. Lives build trust faster than anything else — she sees you unedited, in real time. Even 20 minutes is enough.

The Free Mini Masterclass

Teach something genuinely useful from your offer topic. 30-45 mins. End with a natural invitation to join the paid offer.

Run this during the Priority Launch window to warm the audience before main doors open.

The Live Q&A

Answer questions about the offer, the topic, and anything she is curious about. No script. Just you.

Run this 3-5 days before cart close when objections are highest.

The Last Day Live

Go live on close day. Remind people the doors are closing. Answer last-minute questions. Create the sense of a room filling up.

Even 15 minutes. Even just from your phone. Show up.

Talking Heads — Reels to Camera

Your face. Your voice. No graphics needed. The most personal content you can make — and the highest-converting format on Instagram right now.

The Problem Reel

Name the problem she has been told is her fault but is not. Hold space for it. Offer the reframe.

"She told me she felt like she was throwing darts in the dark. I told her that's not a marketing problem."

The Results Reel

Share a client result. Specific. Before and after. What changed. Keep it under 60 seconds.

"She sold out her first retreat in five days. Here's what she did differently."

The Personal Reel

Something true about your own journey that connects to what you are launching. Unfiltered, direct to camera.

"I used to launch from panic. Here's what changed."

The Myth Buster

Take a common belief in your niche and flip it. Bold, clear, takes a real stance.

"You don't have a marketing problem. You have a launch framework built for someone else's body."

The Deadline Reel

Straight to camera. Doors close [date]. Here is what is inside. Here is who it is for. CTA.

"If you have been thinking about joining [offer name] — today is the day."

Carousels

Carousels get saved and shared more than any other format. Use them to teach, to list, to reframe. Keep slides to 7 maximum. One idea per slide.

The Problem Carousel

Slide 1: the bold hook. Slides 2-6: one reason per slide why the problem keeps happening. Final slide: CTA.

"5 reasons your launch keeps stalling — and none of them are your followers."

The How-To Carousel

Teach a simple framework from inside your offer. Give real value. Make it genuinely useful without giving everything away.

"How to map your launch runway in 20 minutes."

The Signs Carousel

Signs she is ready for your offer. Each slide is one sign she recognises herself in. Last slide: this is what [offer name] is built for.

"5 signs you are ready to launch — even if it does not feel like it."

The Results Carousel

5 client results, one per slide. Name, what they launched, what happened. Specific numbers and outcomes.

"What my clients launched — and what happened."

Stories Sequences

Stories are where you sell softly and consistently across the launch. Every day of launch week, at minimum 3 stories. Here are your sequences.

Launch Day Stories

Story 1: Hook — something exciting is here. Story 2: The problem. Story 3: The reveal — what it is, who it is for. Story 4: Social proof. Story 5: CTA with link sticker. Story 6: End-of-day reminder.

Mid-Launch Stories

Day in the life. Behind the scenes of the launch. Polls — "are you in?" / "what is stopping you?" Share DMs from people who joined. Screenshot the number of signups.

Deadline Stories

Countdown sticker. "Doors close in [X] hours." Share last-minute testimonials. "Here is what she said after joining." End with a final link sticker and close-of-day reminder.

Warm-Up Stories (Pre-Launch)

"Something is coming and I am so excited." Polls — "do you struggle with [problem]?" Tease the offer without naming it. Build curiosity across 3-5 days before the reveal.

Handle with warmth

The Real Objections

The women who do not buy are not disinterested. They have a question they have not asked yet. Address these in your content before they become the reason someone does not sign up.

"I do not have enough followers."

The next client who buys from you is already following you. She has been watching for weeks. Follower count has almost nothing to do with conversion — your message, your clarity, and your consistency do.

Content to make: a talking head on why follower count is not the problem, with a client result as proof.

"I am not sure if the timing is right."

Timing will never feel perfect. The question is not whether the timing is right — it is whether she is willing to keep waiting until it is.

Content to make: a carousel on what happens when you keep waiting and why now is always better than eventually.

"I cannot afford it."

This is often not about money — it is about belief that it will work. Address the ROI. What is the cost of not launching? What does another year of sitting on this offer actually cost her?

Content to make: an email or story on the real cost of waiting, with a client result showing the return.

"I have tried launching before and it did not work."

She did not have the right framework, or she had a framework built for someone else. Acknowledge the experience. Name what goes wrong without the right method. Show her what changes.

Content to make: a talking head — "here is why most launches stall, and it is not what you think."

"I need to think about it."

She is interested but not yet convinced. Get into her DMs personally. Ask what she is weighing up. A real conversation converts more than any piece of content.

DM script: "Hey [name] — I saw you were looking at [offer name]. What questions do you have? I want to make sure it is the right fit before you decide."

After the doors close

Your Launch Debrief

The data from this launch is the gift your next launch gets. Do not skip this. Even 20 minutes of honest reflection makes the next one faster and easier.
