The Wylde Launch — Brand Brief & Pre-Work

The Wylde Launch · Document One of Four

Your Brand Brief
& Pre-Work Pack

This is not homework. It is a way to arrive.

A note before you begin.

What you are about to do is something most women in your line of work never make time for — sitting honestly with your business and the inner world running underneath it.

There are two parts. Work through them in order. Write by hand if you can. When you reach a question that lands hard — pause. Breathe. Notice where it lives in your body. That is the work.

  • Part One — Your Brand Brief. The four questions that are the foundation of everything.
  • Part Two — Your Pre-Work Pack. Four sections: offer, message, shadow, destination.

With love, Pip x

Part One

Your Brand Brief

Before you launch anything, you need to know what you stand for. Not your logo. Not your fonts. What you stand for, who you are for, and what changes because of you.

Question One

What do I do, who do I do it for, and what changes for them?

Not your job title. One clear sentence a stranger could understand in ten seconds.

Question Two

What three words do I want people to use to describe me?

The words you want in her mouth when she recommends you to a friend.

Word one

Word two

Word three

Question Three

What feeling do I want someone to walk away with after every encounter with my brand?

Every post. Every email. Every session. One feeling. Felt in the body.

Question Four

What makes me different from everyone else offering something similar?

Not better. Different. The thing that means she will always choose you.

Part Two · Section One

The Offer

Before we launch anything, we get ruthlessly clear on what we are actually launching. Vague answers give you a vague launch.

Question One

What are you launching?

Name it. Give it a title even if it feels rough.

Question Two

What is the transformation?

Not what is in it. What does she walk away being, having, feeling that she could not before? One sentence.

Question Three

Who is she?

A real person. Where is she right now, what is she struggling with, what does she want more than anything?

Question Four

What does it cost, how many spots, how is it delivered?

Commit to a price. A real number of spots. Format, dates, times.

Question Five

New offer or have you run it before?

If before — what happened? What worked, what did not?

Part Two · Section Two

The Message

This is where most launches fall apart. Not in the strategy. In the message. Get this right and the rest follows.

Question One

What is the one problem this offer solves?

Not three. One. The most painful, most urgent one.

Question Two

What has she already tried that has not worked?

Question Three

Why you?

Not your credentials. Your lived experience.

Question Four

What are you afraid to say about this offer?

The thing you keep softening. Write it here.

Part Two · Section Three

The Shadow

This is the part nobody else asks you to do before a launch. It is the most important part. Be brave here.

Question One

When you imagine telling people about this offer, what do you feel in your body?

Throat, chest, belly, shoulders. Where does it live?

Question Two

Who are the specific people in your head when you think about posting?

Not the internet. Real people. Mostly from before. Name them.

Question Three

What is the line that is still running your launch?

Said by a specific adult, at a specific age. Find yours.

Question Four

What would it mean if it sold out?

Not practically. Emotionally.

Part Two · Section Four

The Destination

This is where we set the energy before the strategy begins. Be specific. Commit to the number.

Question One

Write the number down.

How many women are you calling into this offer?

Question Two

What does sold out look like for you specifically?

The moment, the notification, the feeling, the day.

Question Three

When do you open the doors? When do they close?

Question Four

Write your launch intention.

One sentence. Written as if it has already happened.

Before Wednesday,
drop into the group.

  • What you are launching — in one line
  • Your number — how many women you are calling in
  • One word for how you feel about it right now

See you on Wednesday. With love, Pip x
