SOUND BATH BY LOUMINOSITY BY LOU &

HOLISTIC THERAPY BY CLAIRE FRANCESCA WELLNESS

There is something ancient about gathering in circle. The quiet permission to simply be. No fixing, no performing, just women, held.

We warmly invite you to an evening of stillness, sound, crystal healing and sisterhood in the heart of the Dorset countryside. Silton Village Hall, Dorset

We gather on the eve of the new moon, a tender pause in the lunar cycle where the old makes way for the new. A moon for softening, releasing, and listening inward. The perfect sky under which to sit in circle.

Tending the witch wound

Many of us carry an old, often unnamed ache, a quiet fear of being seen, of speaking our truth, of trusting our intuition, of being "too much" or "not enough." A hesitation around other women. A shrinking when our inner knowing rises.

This is the witch wound: an inherited grief held in the bodies of women whose grandmothers learned it was safer to stay small, silent, separate.

In circle, we begin to soften it. Not through fixing, but through gathering. Through being witnessed. Through remembering we were never meant to do this alone.

THE RITUAL

Settle in with a cup of tea and something sweet as we gather and soften into the space.

We'll open the circle gently, you’ll be guided through a ritual, creating a safe container for whatever you're bringing, the tender, the tired, the joyful, the unspoken. There is opportunity to share as Pip will guide a witch wound ritual and reflection practice.

From there, you'll be carried into a deep Tibetan sound bowl journey, a restorative bath of tone and vibration that releases what the mind can't reach. As you rest beneath the bowls, you'll also be tended to with reiki and crystal healing, subtle energetic work to soothe the nervous system and invite the body into deeper letting go.

We'll close the circle with warmth, presence, and a little more tea before you step back out into the world, softer than you arrived.

The location, a beautiful sacred space. Silton is a small village in the North-East corner of Dorset and is situated in the Blackmore Vale. It is four miles North-West of the town of Gillingham and three miles South-West of Mere.
